2010 Photo Scavenger Hunt
The winners of the 2010 Photo Scavenger Hunt are Lexi, Ally, Abbie, and Lana. Congratulations to their team for their quick thinking and creative photos.
You can see the winning picture for each category by clicking on the links below.
Not Allowed - While this is a standard photo, it did the best job of explaining what it is that's not allowed.
Big - While this isn't the picture of the largest object that was turned in, it's true that this is the tallest carillon tower in America.
Open - If art is interpretive, you can interpret this winning photo to show that either the door, or the building is open.
Up / Down - This photo may make it as the all time best submission for this category.
Out of Place - All submissions for this category were too similar.
Headwear - The headwear hat trick - headband, clip, and bun.
Cold - This category was close, but ultimately the word "ice" written in blue letters is the definition of cold.
Christmas - Two entries staged similar scenes, but this one really appears to have mistletoe.
Soft - This picture received extra attention because it used volleyball sand.
Group Picture - We disqualified an entry because it did not meet the requirements for this category, but it was really creative. In the spirit of the project we awarded points to the photo, but disqualified this as a category winner. The category winner is this entry, which does a great job of blending the team in with the landscape.
